Delivery Information

We want to have your items delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Most items will be dispatched within 2-3 days, however, if you have requested an engraved tag or buckle as part of your order, this will add an additional 4 days onto our shipping timescale.

Delivery 

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. You'll receive notification once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery will be via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Tracked service, normally 2-3 working days.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically 5-10 working days. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.   Your items will be hand made to your exact specification so we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments to make it right for your dog.    

We have sold over 21,000 bespoke items with very few returns, however, if you are not happy, you can return any unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at orders@alfiesleads.co.uk to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  3. Send the item back to the address we provide
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Returned within 30 days of receipt

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange items subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
